Plenary Meeting

The Plenary Meeting is a general assembly attended by Platinum, Gold, Regular, Affiliate, and Individual Members for the consensus gathering process of APSCC on general issues of APSCC operation and APSCC opinions recommended by the Council.

The President presides over the meeting, and the Plenary Meeting has the authority to hear reports of important decisions made in the Council Meeting. The Plenary meeting approves recommendations from the Council on the following matters:


　 Nominee for the next President
　 Amendments to the APSCC Constitution
　 Dissolution of APSCC
　 　
Council Meeting
　
The purpose of the Council Meeting is to review and decide upon the principles, policies and direction of the management and operation of APSCC. The meeting is chaired by the President. The Council consists of no more than 40 council seats.

The Council recommends important decisions for final acceptance in the Plenary Meeting and decides upon the establishment of additional organs, rules and procedures. The Council Meeting approves the following matters:

　 Nomination by vote of a candidate for next APSCC President and recommendation for approval in the
　 　 Plenary Meeting
　 Amendments to the APSCC Constitution and recommendation for approval by the Plenary Meeting
　 Review of annual budget and business plan
　 Election of members of the Board of Directors and report to the Plenary Meeting
