The mobile ACeS R190 and the ACeS FR-190 are the basic voice communicators, with low speed data capabilities. For maritime use and asset tracking, there is the ACeS M-Cat and for providing high speed data there is the ACeS G-Wave.

Already 28 Ariane 5’s have been launched and he ECA is now flight proven. Ariane 5, meets market demands for the full range of satellite masses and currently enjoys the largest orderbook for commercial communications satellites. The dual launch from Arianespace with Ariane 5 ECA gives satellite operators the largest number of potential launch opportunities available from any launch services ensures alternate parings and facilitates the dual launch planning.
Soyuz, the world’s only man rated commercial launcher, will be operated by Arianespace from French Guiana with the first launch in 2008.

China Satellite Communications Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "China Satcom") is a newly established state-owned backbone enterprise built according to the arrangement and requirement of the national telecom restructuring on Dec.19, 2001. Its subsidiary company, China Orient Telecomm Satellite Company is responsible for current communication satellites operation and bandwidth leasing business. China Orient owns “ChinaStar-1” satellite as well as two Ku transponders (2 x 54MHz) of ApStar IIR and one Ku transponder (54MHz) of ApStar V. “ChinaStar-1” satellite carries 24 C-band and 24 Ku-Band transponders of 36MHz equivalent. It is launched on May 30, 1998 and located at 87.5oE with designed life of 15 years. It can cover China Mainland, South Asia, West Asia, East Asia, Middle Asia and Southeast Asia.
“APStar IIR” is launched in October 1997 and located at 76.5oE with designed life of 15 years. It can cover China (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) and North Korea. “APStar V” is launched in June 2004 and located at 138oE with designed life of 13 years. It can cover China (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) and India.
Besides the above, two new satellites will be launched in 2007. Details as follows, “ChinaSat 9” will be launched in Oct 2007 and will be located at 92.2 oE with designed life over 15 years. “ChinaSat 6B” will be launched in May 2007 and will be located at 115.5oE with designed life of 15 years.
