Registration Hours

The registration desk will be set up at the entrance foyer of the Convention Center. The registration desk will be opened from 22 to 25 September 2008 on the following hours:

       ■ 22 September: 10:00~17:00

       ■ 23 September: 08:00~17:30

       ■ 24 September: 08:30~17:30

       ■ 25 September: 08:30~10:30

Badges and Admission

The Official APSCC 2008 Conference Badge must be worn at all times for admittance to all conference sessions, social events and the exhibition. Exhibitor badges do not permit entry to conference sessions nor social events.

Food and Beverage Tickets

Admittance to the food and beverage functions is limited to registered conference delegates with badges. Individuals not registered for APSCC 2008 Conference will not be allowed to attend these functions. However, extra tickets are available for guests or visitors. Ticket purchase is available.

       ■ Lunch ticket: US$ 50 / ticket (22 through 24 September)

       ■ Dinner ticket: US$ 80 /ticket (23 September)

       ■ Reception ticket: US$ 20 / ticket (24 September)

APSCC 2008 GOLF TOURNAMENT

The APSCC 2008 Golf Tournament, sponsored by Marsh, will be held at the Lotte Sky Hill Jeju Country Club on 25 September 2008. The number of golfers is limited, so please register by 5 September 2008, to reserve your spot using the registration form or by contacting the APSCC Secretariat via email at chloe@apscc.or.kr.

The Participation fee for the golf tournament is US$ 80. This includes the green fee, caddie fee, cart fee, dinner and a round-trip transportation from the Hotel Lotte to the Lotte Sky Hill Jeju Country Club. Golf club rental is available at KRW 50,000/pack. Tee-off starts at 13:30PM and the tournament ends around 6:30 PM. Transportation will be arranged at the Hotel Lotte at 1:00 PM.

SIGHTSEEING TOUR

As a networking program, a half-day Sightseeing Tour is available on 25 September 2008. The tour will start at 1:30PM and end at 7:00PM at Hotel Lotte. Participation fee is US$ 40, which includes the half-day tour. Please sign up by using the registration form or by contacting the APSCC Secretariat via email at chloe@apscc.or.kr

TRANSPORTATION

All participants are required to make their own flight and local transportation arrangements from departure points to Jeju International Airport.

There are three ways to get to Jeju by Air:

      1. Going to Gimpo Airport from Incheon Int’l Airport and using domestic airlines to Jeju

      2. Domestic direct airlines to Jeju Int'l Airport from Incheon Int’l Airport

      3. International airlines to Jeju International Airport Direct flight

LOCAL TRANSPORTATION

Airport Limousine from Incheon International Airport to Gimpo Domestic Airport:

When you arrive in Korea, you can use airport limousines from Incheon Int'l Airport to Gimpo Domestic Airport which run every 10 minutes at the bus stand 3B or 10B on the 1st floor outside Incheon Int'l Airport Terminal.

You may get information regarding limousine and buses and purchase the bus ticket at the Transportation Information Counter (near Exit No. 2, 4, 9, 13) on the arrival floor (1st floor) of the passenger terminal.
 

Airport Railroad Train from Incheon International Airport to Gimpo Domestic Airport:

Airport Railroad Train (AREX) service is provided by both commuter and express trains.

From Jeju International Airport to Hotel Lotte Jeju or Hana Hotel Jeju:

You can use the Airport Limousine (route No. 600) from Jeju International Airport to Seogwipo via Lotte Hotel or Hana Hotel which run every 12~15 minutes from 06:20 to 22:00 at the bus stand on the 1st floor outside Jeju Int'l Airport Terminal.

VISA REQUIREMENTS

Any foreign visitor wishing to enter the Republic of Korea should have a valid passport and a visa. Visitors for sightseeing or transit with confirmed outbound tickets may stay in Korea up to 30 days without visas, except from the following countries:
