PRE-REGISTRATION DEADLINE In order to ensure your seat at APSCC 2008 and to receive a discounted rate for registration, your registration should be completed by 5 September 2008. All registrations must be received by the stipulated deadline after completion of all the required information in the registration form.
REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION/RECEIPT APSCC will send a fax and e-mail of confirmation to the APSCC 2008 registrants within seven (7) working days of receipt; this should be retained for your records. The printed copy of the OFFICIAL CONFIRMATION/RECEIPT along with your business card should be shown at the registration desk to collect your badge and conference kit.
ON-SITE REGISTRATION After September 5, you will need to register personally on-site at the APSCC 2008 Registration Desk at the foyer of the Convention Center at Hotel Lotte, Jeju during registration hours. Please note that on-site registration starts at 10:00 am on 22 September 2008.
REGISTRATION HOURS The registration desk will be set up at the foyer of the Convention Center at Hotel Lotte, Jeju. The registration desk will be opened from 22 to 25 September 2008 on the following hours: •22 September: 10:00~17:00 •23 September: 08:00~17:30 •24 September: 08:30~17:30 •25 September: 08:30~10:30
BADGES AND ADMISSION The Official APSCC 2008 Conference Badges must be worn at all times for admittance to all conference sessions, social events and the exhibition. Exhibitor/Guest badges do not permit entry to conference sessions nor social events.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE FUNCTION TICKETS Admittance to the food and beverage functions is limited to registered conference delegates with badges. Individuals not registered for the APSCC 2008 Conference will not be allowed to attend these functions. However, extra tickets are available for guests / visitors. • Luncheon: US$ 50 / ticket • Reception: US$ 20 / ticket • Dinner: US$ 80 / ticket

• Registration will not be processed without payment, thus payment must be completed by the stipulated deadline. • The Organizer does not accept hotel deposits or reservations.
SUBSTITUTION POLICY • Paid registrations may be transferred to a substitute attendee if that person falls in the same registration category. • All substitution requests must be submitted in writing prior to 5 September 2008.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY • Cancellations must be submitted in writing prior to 5 September 2008 and are subject to a US$100 administrative fee. • Cancellations after 5 September 2008 or no-shows are not refundable.
