Register before 14 September 2009 and Catch the Pre-Registration Discounts !

Pre-Registration Deadline

In order to ensure your seat at APSCC 2009 and to receive a discounted rate for registration, your registration should be completed by 14 September 2009. All registrations must be received by the stipulated deadline after completion of all the required information in the registration form.

Registration Confirmation/Receipt

APSCC will send a fax and e-mail of confirmation to the APSCC 2009 registrants within seven (7) working days of receipt; this should be retained for your records. The printed copy of the OFFICIAL CONFIRMATION/RECEIPT along with your business card should be shown at the registration desk to collect your badge and conference kit.

On-Site Registration

After September 14, you will need to register personally on-site at the APSCC 2009 Registration Desk at the foyer of the Nirwana Ballroom, Lower Lobby Level, Crowne Plaza Mutiara during registration hours. Please note that on-site registration starts at 08:00 am on 29 September 2009.

Registration Hours

 The registration desk will be opened from 29 September to 1 October 2009 on the following hours:

        

            • 29 September: 08:00~17:00

        • 30 September: 08:30~17:00

        • 1 October: 08:30~10:30

Badges and Admission

The Official APSCC 2009 Conference Badges must be worn at all times for admittance to all conference sessions, social events and the exhibition. Exhibitor/Guest badges do not permit entry to conference sessions nor social events.

DISCOUNT

 • A 10% discount if you register five or more from your company/organization at the same time.

Registration Policy

 • APSCC 2009 Conference Package Includes:

   All sessions/panels on Tuesday-Thursday, 29 September – 1 October

   Exhibition on Tuesday-Thursday, 29 September – 1 October

   Food and beverage functions on Tuesday-Thursday, 29 September – 1 October

   2009 APSCC Awards Dinner on Tuesday, September 29

   APSCC 2009 Cocktail Reception on Wednesday, September 30

   APSCC 2009 CD-Rom proceedings

 • Registration will not be processed without payment, thus payment must be completed by the stipulated deadline.

 • The Organizer does not accept hotel deposits or reservations.

Substitution Policy

• Paid registrations may be transferred to a substitute attendee if that person falls in the same registration category.

• All substitution requests must be submitted in writing..

Cancellation/Refund Policy

 • Cancellations must be submitted in writing prior to 18 September 2009 and are subject to a US$100 administrative fee.

 • Cancellations after 18 September 2009 or no-shows are not refundable.
