APSCC2010 Satellite Conference and Exhibition Registration

PRE-REGISTRATION DEADLINE In order to ensure your seat at APSCC 2010 and to receive a discounted rate for registration, your registration should be completed by 17 September 2010. All registrations must be received by the stipulated deadline after completion of all the required information in the registration form.
REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION/RECEIPT APSCC will send an e-mail of confirmation to the APSCC 2010 registrants within seven (7) working days of receipt; this should be retained for your records. The printed copy of the OFFICIAL CONFIRMATION/RECEIPT along with your business card should be shown at the registration desk to collect your badge and conference kit.
ON-SITE REGISTRATION After September 17, you will need to register personally on-site at the APSCC 2010 Registration Desk at the foyer of the Grand Ballroom, 4th Fl, Hilton Tokyo during registration hours. Please note that on-site registration starts at 08:00 am on 5 September 2010.
REGISTRATION HOURS The registration desk will be opened from 5 October to 6 October 2010 on the following hours: 5 October: 08:00~17:00 6 October: 08:30~17:00 7 October: 08:30~10:30
BADGES AND ADMISSION The Official APSCC 2010 Conference Badges must be worn at all times for admittance to all conference sessions, social events and the exhibition. Exhibitor/Guest badges do not permit entry to conference sessions nor social events.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE FUNCTION TICKETS Admittance to the food and beverage functions is limited to registered conference delegates with badges. Individuals not registered for the APSCC 2010 Conference will not be allowed to attend these functions. However, extra tickets are available for guests / visitors. ◆ Lunch: JPY 6,500 or US$ 75 / ticket (5 October – 7 October) ◆ Dinner: JPY 15,000 or US$ 170 / ticket (5 October) ◆ Reception: JPY 6,000 or US$ 70 / ticket (6 October)

DISCOUNT • A 10% discount if you register five or more from your company/organization at the same time.

• Registration will not be processed without payment, thus payment must be completed by the stipulated deadline. • The Organizer does not accept hotel deposits or reservations.
SUBSTITUTION POLICY • Paid registrations may be transferred to a substitute attendee if that person falls in the same registration category. • All substitution requests must be submitted in writing..
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY • Cancellations must be submitted in writing prior to 24 September 2010 and are subject to a US$100 administrative fee. • Cancellations after 24 September 2010 or no-shows are not refundable.
