Check-in time is 2:00pm on day of arrival. For early
morning arrivals, delegates must place a reservation
covering the night before at the conference rates.

Late check out requests are subject to availability.
Late check-out until 4:00 pm can be arranged at
50% of the full rate agreed upon. Check-out after
4:00 pm is at full day room charge, subject to availability.
